Straw-yellow colour with green hints. The smell is fatty and intense. Fruity notes of apricot, peach and mango are typical with this type of grape. Then comes the development of hazelnuts and gingerbread notes. The attack is frank, the middle is rich, slightly fat and the finish is fresh.
